Connemara ponies come from the rugged mountainous landscapes of western Ireland. The rocky terrain and harsh weather have made the ponies particularly agile, robust and sure-footed. They are large and powerful but at the same time elegant, which makes them one of the few pony breeds that can compete in dressage and jumping alongside large horses. All Schleich figures are realistically modeled and lovingly hand-painted for educationally valuable playtime. Dimensions 14.3x3.8x9.2 cm. Age recommendation 5-12 years.
