Faulty or damaged item upon delivery
We always check all items before we ship them to minimize errors during delivery. However, if something has gone wrong or an item has been damaged during transport, always contact us first at customerservice@hurryskurry.com so that we can get back to you with how we solve the error.
Right of withdrawal
By law, you have the right to cancel purchases you have made in an online store for 14 days. But we at Hurry Skurry give you a full 30-day return policy (does not apply to hygiene items and perishable goods such as food, candy and drinks). After you have sent the item back, we will refund your money. Return the item in the unopened original packaging. The item must be unused and in the condition you received it when you received the package. Shipping costs are not refundable. The item must be complete.
Hurry Skurry reserves the right to charge for the missing parts in cases where the return is not complete. Hurry Skurry does not redeem packages for cash on delivery.
You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping in the case of an open purchase, and you must be able to prove upon request that you sent the product, so always ask for a receipt from your delivery point (Postnord/DB Schenker/DHL etc.). If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, send the item back well packaged in the original carton with outer packaging, together with any accessories.

Unclaimed shipments
Shipments that have not been redeemed are not covered by the right of withdrawal and will be charged a handling fee of SEK 250.
Complaint
To be able to complain about a product, you must provide the order number. Hurry Skurry is not responsible for costs that may arise due to a defective product.
In the event of a dispute, we follow the Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Relations, which came into force on 1 January 2016, and refer to the EU's common dispute resolution page. The link to the page is: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/index_en
