Ordering

Can I cancel or change an order I have placed?
If you want to cancel an order after placing it, please email us directly at customerservice@hurryskurry.com. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned. However, you always have a 30-day return policy (excluding hygiene items and perishable items such as food, candy and drinks).

Why should I provide my registered address?
For security reasons, you must provide your registered address when ordering. Packages are delivered to the nearest agent selected by our shipping companies. We cannot therefore control exactly which delivery point they deliver to.

Is it safe to shop at Hurry Skurry?
Yes, it is always safe to shop with us. We use SSL which is an encrypted format for orders. This means that Hurry Skurry never has access to your payment details, they go directly to the card company or bank.

How old do I have to be to shop with you?
To shop with us you need to be 18 years old. From the age of 16 you can shop with us if you shop together with or with the approval of a guardian.

How long is the delivery time?
We have a 3-6 working day delivery time, even during Christmas.

Returns and Complaints

Right of withdrawal
You have the right by law to cancel purchases you make in an online store for 14 days. At Hurry Skurry, we instead give you a 30-day free return policy (does not apply to hygiene items and perishable goods such as food, candy and drinks).
Return the item in its original, unopened packaging. The item must be unused and in the condition you received it when you received the package. The item must be complete. Remember to always include a copy of your receipt so we can track your purchase.

After you have sent the item back, we will refund the money to you.

You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping when purchasing an open purchase, and you must be able to prove upon request that you sent the product, so always ask for a receipt from your delivery point (Postnord). If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, send the item back well packaged in the original carton with outer packaging, together with any accessories.

For package offers – such as buy 3, pay for 2 – the open purchase only applies to the entire offer. It is not possible to return an individual item from a package offer.

Faulty or damaged item upon delivery
We always check all items before we ship them to minimize errors during delivery. However, if something has gone wrong or an item has been damaged during transport, always contact us first at customerservice@hurryskurry.com so that we can get back to you with how we can resolve the error. In cases where the faulty item is to be sent back to us, Hurry Skurry will be responsible for the return shipping.

What do I do if my item breaks during the warranty period?
If something has broken during the warranty period, always contact us first at customerservice@hurryskurry.com before you send the item back to us. In cases where we have agreed that the item should be sent back to us, please use our return form that you received with the delivery. Remember to always include a copy of the receipt so that we can track your purchase.
