Create 3D art with magic popcorn effect colored pencils! Magic Puffy Pens are a very special set of pens that puff up, rising from the paper when you apply heat. Paint a design, let the paint dry, then heat the design with a hair dryer.

The paint expands and becomes puffy like popcorn. Create a cool 3D effect for unique art projects and custom greeting cards, drawings or in your coloring book.

Comes in a set of 6 different neon colored pens, pink, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. Dimensions 13 cm. OOLY is an American brand that manufactures high quality pens and accessories. Creative products with different properties.

For best results:

  • Apply the paint evenly
  • Wait until the paint is dry before adding heat.
  • Angle the hair dryer and hold it really close
  • Heat the paint for about 1 minute, until the paint puffs up.

Warning! Choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Should be supervised by an adult.
